Schultz Wines, founded in 2010 by Greg and Debbie Schultz, is a winery located in the Applegate Valley of Oregon. The couple established their business after searching for an ideal location and began by sourcing premium grapes and collaborating with Pallet Wine Company to produce initial vintages of Chardonnay and Merlot. Over time, they expanded their portfolio to include eight varietals and developed their own 60-acre estate vineyard in 2014, focusing on sustainable and organic farming practices.
