Childress Vineyards, founded in 2004 by NASCAR legend Richard Childress, is a premier winery located in Lexington, North Carolina. Situated in the heart of the Yadkin Valley American Viticultural Area, the winery spans over 70 acres and cultivates 15 varieties of European Vitis vinifera grapes. The estate produces more than 30 wines, ranging from classic blends to sparkling and muscadine wines, and features a Tuscan-inspired facility with a tasting room, bistro, and event spaces.
